EZ Sox and United Legwear Co. Enter Into Licensing Agreement
Specialty brand will get boost from ULC’s expansive resources

New York, New York – September 7, 2011 --   EZ Sox has partnered with United Legwear Co. to manufacture and distribute their children’s learning socks, also known as the “I Can Do It” sock. Special features, such as reinforced loops, non-skid bottoms, characters printed on the top side of socks, and seamless toes make EZ Sox unique. With a patented design that allows children to pull their socks on, much as they would a pair of boots, EZ Sox encourages children to dress themselves with ease.

Developed by parents searching for a way to assist their child who struggled with putting on his socks, Ron and Eileen Gesser created not just a sock, but a solution.

“When I first met Isaac Ash, founder of United Legwear, at the Enk Trade Show, he had so much enthusiasm about EZ SOX,” states
Eileen Gesser, Co-founder of EZ SOX.
We were a new company with a very unique product.
ULC offers us the infrastructure and opportunity to take our product to the masses,” added Ronnie Gesser, Co-founder of EZ SOX.

“This partnership will allow EZ Sox, which until now has been a boutique brand, to reach consumers everywhere,” said Isaac E. Ash, President and CEO of United Legwear Co.  “I knew EZ Sox had a meaningful and successful product when I brought several pairs home for my own children to try. They were the only socks my daughter wanted to wear because she could put them on herself,” he added.
